Creamy burrata served with thinly sliced prosciutto, fresh figs, and a delicate honey glaze infused with a subtle touch of mole.
Arugula, Pear and Goat Cheese Salad with Prickly Pear Vinaigrette
Fresh arugula, sliced pear, goat cheese, and a light prickly pear vinaigrette.
Filet Mignon, Chicken Supreme or Roasted Cauliflower Steak
Each served with Citrus Beurre Blanc, offered with or without alcohol.

Dark chocolate mousse with a cherry insert, light sponge, and a chocolate sable base infused with subtle notes of Mexican vanilla and cinnamon.
